No regrets for things I have done, but things I haven't

some pictures of one of my art projects for IB art at HL

I'm sick.it sucks.I'm one of those people who always needs something to do, so feeling so powerless is torture.I was at school and I felt like I really needed to empty my bowels if you get my drift. so i went to this really sweet nurse who made me eat these crackers and made me some chamomile and i felt much better.thank god my dad's driver was available to drop me off home & I'm now all snuggled up under my duvet with a heater.
The weather has literally gone crazy here. one day it's considerably warm and the next (i.e today) i wore a sweater, a coat, a long knitted scarf, these boots with leggings and pants over my leggings and i was still freezing.. imagine.. the ultimate tragic situation was on Christmas day where we had 23 degrees Celsius (73.4 degrees Fahrenheit) = everyone in t-shirts!
Point is, we need to get involved in aiding the environment. I for one am required to complete a certain amount of service hours for the IB program and find each experience rejuvinating. Doing things for other people is very rewarding and I promise you won't be disappointed if you do so. Plant trees in burnt areas, read for a blind person or work with animals.
Take my word for it, there won't be any remorse.

I hope you feel better soon. Volunteering is a good habit, my favorite is volunteering at local thrift ships--you're being helpful and getting first pick...
